Quick note - I went on to read your blog and I must say, while I enjoyed what you had to say, the black background is really hard on the eyes. Maybe consider using a lighter color? Not a critism, but a friendly suggestion from a Web Designer.

How did the treadmill fixing this last time go?  I hope you were finally able to figure it out.  Our old treadmill would just stop suddenly sometimes when I was on it. I KNOW how annoying that is and how much is weighs down on what was a good workout.
